Preparing For Your First Small Group Training Session @ Helix
When you join us at Helix for your first session, please arrive about ten minutes early so you can meet our team and start warming up. Our coaches will explain the upcoming session, so you know what to expect and how to prepare. At the appointed starting time, coaches will begin the group warmup, and then you will join other members for your best training session of your life.
Our Small Group Training Timetable
Helix Gym offers 27+ sessions for you to choose from each week, and the sessions are 60 minutes each. Our coaches carefully plan the sessions in 12-week blocks. Coaches will evaluate results at the end of 12 weeks to learn if any modifications are needed.
