Membership Holds

Please complete and submit the form below and to start your hold period.

  • All holds must be submitted a minimum of three business (3) days before the day of the hold commencing. (Business days Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm WST)
  • We do not do refunds for not placing the account on hold for periods of non-attendance, nor backdate holds. 
  • We have a maximum period of 4-weeks for holds for a 12-month period
  • Upon expiration of your Membership hold period, your direct debit schedule will automatically resume.
  • If your request to hold your membership is due to temporary physical/medical illness or incapacity, Helix Gym reserves the right to request a medical certificate from a qualified medical practitioner.
