A longstanding coach at Helix, Brenden holds a Masters in Exercise Physiology and a wealth of knowledge and experience in injury prevention and weightlifting.
Brenden uses his understanding of the human body to guide members through the niggles experienced through strength training and how to get the best outcomes in their results.
Always bringing high vibes to his classes, Brenden looks to encourage all members to push beyond perceived boundaries to be that 1% better each
Driven by a deep passion for health and performance, I specialise in strength and conditioning, along with functional fitness. I love helping others unlock their full physical potential through dynamic, results-driven training. My goal as a coach is to empower individuals to build strong, resilient bodies and balanced lifestyles, both in and out of the gym.

Alex has over 8 years of experience working with athletes of all levels and holds a Master of Exercise Science. He leads all strength programming at Helix, making sure every session is backed by science and built to get results.
His coaching style is simple, effective, and tailored to help you get stronger, move better, and perform at your best.
I grew up dancing ballet for 15 years, which gave me a strong foundation in discipline, body awareness, and movement. After finishing ballet, I found CrossFit and what started as something new quickly turned into a full-time passion.
I fell in love with the process of training, and that’s something I try to bring into my coaching every day.
I program for Helix and love creating sessions that challenge people while still making them want to come back for more. I’d say I bring a lot of vibrancy to the gym floor. I want the space to feel energised, positive, and somewhere people genuinely enjoy being.
My goal is for every member to walk out of the gym knowing it was the best part of their day + get jacked.

Of all the gyms that I have been to, I can honestly say that this is the best Gym in perth. The support you receive from the coaches is unbelievable & amazing, they go above and beyond your expectations. The culture and atmosphere at helix is something else, everyone is just like family and last but not least is the results!! Could'nt recommend this gym more.

4 months ago I asked my mate what the best strength and conditioning gym is. Without hesitation he said Helix Gym. The last 4 months have been very eye opening, From learning a new way of training to the friendly community. Everyone is very welcoming on your first day and get to make new friends really quick. Everyone gets around each other to strive and push that little extra harder aswell which is a big game changer. I highly recommend Helix Gym to anyone thinking about joining up.
