Each of the 60-minute training sessions at Helix Gym is designed to maximise your time and help you achieve your fitness goals. The workouts are structured to include a warm-up to get you ready for the workout ahead, followed by strength training exercises that focus on key lifts like back squats, deadlifts, bench press, and military press. There are also accessory exercises to add volume and repetitions to key exercises that are important for building athleticism, strength, stability, and burning fat. And finally, each session includes a conditioning component to help you shred fat and build the chiseled physique you’ve always wanted.

Monday: 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.30am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm & 6.30pm
Tuesday: 5.30am, 6.30am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm & 6.30pm
Wednesday: 5.30am, 6.30am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm
Thursday: 5.30am, 6.30am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm & 6.30pm
Friday: 5.30am, 6.30am, 9.30am, 4.30pm, 5.30pm
Saturday: 7am, 8am
