Learn 2 Lift is a one-stop-shop for you to master all of your 3-key powerlifting movements + military press.
We offer this complimentary to all members every Sunday at 9 am.
We work through all of our lifts from Bench Press, Back Squat, Deadlift to Overhead Press.
Week by week we focus on one of the lifts to ensure you are not only lifting as safely as possible but also getting the most out of your sessions and maximizing technique.
We coach you every step of the way from picking up your first barbell to lifting at the competition level.
We have regressions and drills to suit all levels of ability and experience.
I Already Know How To Lift So Why Should I Bother?
Like many things, weight lifting is very easy to do at a mediocre level but we’re about maximising technique and potential to its fullest.
We want all of our members to push to the next level of their health, fitness, and strength to do that they need to be NAILING their basics!
