60 Minute Sessions

Our professionally created, comprehensive group training sessions are all an hour long — and we don’t waste a minute of it. Each 60 minute functional strength training workout is specifically designed to target the entire body and includes a proper warmup, effective strength and conditioning aspects, and injury prevention components.

12 Week Training Blocks
Our expert coaches and trainers design comprehensive training programs 12 weeks in advance. At the start and end of each 12 week training block, we thoroughly assess the results, make any necessary adjustments, and meticulously plan new workouts to get you the best results in the least amount of time.
