A big part of running a gym is marketing, in today’s age you can’t rely on word of mouth, referrals and walk in’s to have crazy business success so digital marketing is where it’s at. After the first sentence you may be thinking I’m going off on tangent but i’ll bring it back to fitness.
I was having a chat with a client last week and I asked him if he was getting results. He said “Nah, I’m not tracking my food. I’m just going to start again next year”. I thought to myself, fuck… that’s a sucky way to look at things. Just because there’s going to be a few higher consumption days of food and booze doesn’t mean you should just throw away the next 3-weeks.
Many of our clients have seamlessly incorporated our new Online Virtual Workouts with us into their new normal of “iso life,” while others still struggle to find a routine like the old one. The truth is that training at your gym is dead for a while, you need to adapt and get results in your new situation.
We’re deep in the iso life at the moment, the government isn’t giving us much information about what the future holds. You can’t live your life waiting for the what if’s to play out with life returning to normal, you need to take action on your goals – they aren’t going to happen by just thinking about them.
